| The Wandering Tattler (Heteroscelus incanus) breeds in northwest Canada and Alaska and winters south to South America. The first two shots on this page show a fall migrant bird in the Galapagos Islands in August, 2010. These shots were taken with a Canon EOS 1D Mark IV and a Sigma 50-500mm lens. This species is regularly observed in migration along the west coast of the United States. | ![]() |
